The Online Marketing Co. provide a ‘chilled out’ environment to what’s usually considered as a chaotic industry. We believe that allowing an element of freedom within the work place, returns better quality work and results to our customers.
What kind of freedom do the TOMC Team get?
Who says that work should be done at the desk? Each member of the TOMC Team has their own desk to work at if they want to, but not because they have to. Our office has plenty of beanbags too! We’re a creative company, creativity generally flows better when you take your mind away from corporate mentality.
All of the TOMC Team are free to choose their own lunch hour. After all, who are we to say when someone is feeling hungry or not. As long as our phone lines are covered during working hours, what more can we ask?
Early 2018, TOMC also adopted an agile working scheme, allowing members the team to work remotely during projects. Great for when 100% concentration is required.
The TOMC Team must wear a shirt and tie! Our team are free to choose their own uniform, whatever they feel comfortable in. We do provide TOMC polo shirts and hoodies, but they’re not a strict requirement. We only ask that our team remain clean, hygienic and respectable, that’ll do just nicely.
